Blueprint is an Aussie Rules academy built around specialised coaching and one-on-one feedback. We focus on decision-making, match impact and preparing players for representative and higher-level football.
// The Programs
Blueprint is built for players who want more out of their footy and a strong development pathway. We run multiple programs across the year — capped numbers, specialist coaching, and individual feedback. Sessions run weekday afternoons and evenings.
// Upcoming Programs
Blueprint runs different programs throughout the year. Here's what's open now and what's coming next.

In-SeasonIndividual Game Reviews
Available all season · Perth, WA
Our WAFL Talent ID and scouting staff attend the player's game in person and deliver a written report on decision-making, positioning and match impact. Open to all ages — no program enrolment required.
// The Method
Most clinics run the same drill for every kid in line. We don't. Every Blueprint player gets a development arc — and their parents get to see it.
Every player starts with a baseline session. We profile skill, athletic ability, and footy IQ — not vibes.
Each kid gets a personal development plan tied to their position, age and current level.
Small-group sessions with specialist coaches. High reps, real feedback, no standing around.
Written individual feedback after the program — strengths, focus areas, and next steps for their club coach.
// Coaching
Our coaches bring genuine WAFL playing experience, paired with a current WAFL Talent ID and scouting specialist — the same eye that assesses state-level prospects. It's elite-level insight applied directly to junior development, not a generalist running drills.
// Strength & Conditioning
Athletic foundations, built properly.
Led by a qualified trainer, players are introduced to fundamental strength and conditioning training techniques designed to enhance speed, power, agility and durability. The focus is on teaching correct movement patterns and building athletic habits that support football performance and long-term physical development.
// Add-On
For players chasing extra feedback, we offer individual game reviews completed by a WAFL Talent ID and scouting staff member — the same eye that watches state-level prospects.
We attend the player's game in person — no footage needed — and send back a detailed written review focused on the things that actually move a player forward. Available in-season only — open to all ages and you don't need to be enrolled in a program to book one.
Not required, but recommended: we often suggest a game review before a one-on-one session so we can pinpoint exactly what to work on next.
